1 Introduction

These terms and conditions define the rules of use of the online store available at https://roadeu.com/sklep and are an integral part of the sales contract between the customer and Road Dudkiewicz Sp. J., based in Dzierżoniów, registered under NIP: PL8822125884.

Definitions In the regulations, the following terms mean:

Customer – a natural or legal person ordering products through the Store;

Product – a movable thing that is the subject of sale for the Store;

Store – Internet service available at https://roadeu.com/sklep, allowing to conclude distance sales contracts between Customers and the Company;

Sales contract – a contract concluded between the Customer and the Company for the sale of a Product;

2 Rules of use of the Store

1. The customer has the right to make purchases in the Store, according to the current prices and availability of Products;
2. The customer is obliged to provide true data, in particular his name, surname, e-mail address and delivery address;
3. The customer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Rights;
4. The customer may use the withdrawal form, which is attached as Appendix 1 to these Regulations;
5. Complaints about the Products may be filed in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.

3. shipping and delivery

The company undertakes to deliver the Product to the address indicated by the Customer within the timeframe indicated on the Store’s website;

• Shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer, according to the current rates indicated on the Store’s website;
• The Company undertakes to secure the Product in a manner that ensures its safe transportation;
• If the Product is found to be damaged during delivery, the Customer has the right to refuse to accept it and file a complaint.

4 Payments

1. The Customer may pay for the Product using the payment methods available on the Store’s website, including bank transfer and online payment;
2. If payment is made by wire transfer, the customer is obliged to make payment by the date indicated on the invoice;
3. If payment cannot be processed, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order, and thus refund the order.

5. data protection

1. The Customer consents to the processing of his personal data by the Company for the purpose of executing the Sales Contract and shipping the Product;
2. The Company undertakes to protect the Customer’s personal data and to comply with all applicable data protection laws, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act;
3. The customer has the right to inspect, edit and delete his personal data.

6 Final provisions

1. The Regulations are available on the Store’s website and are binding on the Customer;
2. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions shall come into force when they are published on the Store’s website;
3. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Law on Consumer Rights shall apply;
4. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is inconsistent with applicable law, such provision shall be deemed inapplicable and replaced with the provision of the closest meaning that is consistent with the law. All other provisions of the Regulations will remain in effect;
5. Any disputes arising from the performance of the Sales Contract between the Company and the Customer shall be settled by the common courts of Poland having jurisdiction over the Company’s registered office.

7 Complaints and returns

1. The Customer has the right to file a complaint regarding the Product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product;
2. Complaints should be submitted in writing to the Company’s address or via e-mail, to kontakt@roadeu.com/sklep/roadeu.com/sklep;
3. If the complaint is considered legitimate, the Company undertakes to immediately remove the defect or replace the Product with a new one;
4. The customer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Rights.

These Regulations are an integral part of the Sales Contract concluded between the Company and the Customer. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the Customer is a condition for the conclusion of the Sales Contract.
